PRTNR promises integrated approach to communications, content and syndication

New agency PRTNR Strategies has promised to deliver a new approach to integrated communications – with a series of exciting new business wins set to be revealed.

Headed by former R&A executive Greg McEwan, PRTNR Strategies will draw on the extensive content production and syndication services of sister agencies Sportsbeat and Storybeat, whose clients include Team GB, Fifa, The Open, Six Nations Rugby, the National Lottery and Crufts.

McEwan grew The Open’s revenues across ticketing, successfully selling out the event for the first time in its history at Royal Portrush and new record-breaking crowds at Royal Birkdale and Carnoustie.

He led the communications strategy for Bank of Scotland’s sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympics and SSE’s award-winning partnership with the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. He previously was the commercial director at Scottish Premier League side Hibernian.

“We’re really excited about announcing some exciting new business wins in the coming weeks,” said McEwan.

“Being able to combine the unrivalled content and syndication services of Sportsbeat and Storybeat and align them with a more strategic approach to communications, has made for some really exciting conversations with new and existing clients.

“It’s a combined approach designed to deliver intelligent communications, engagement strategies and integrated campaigns. I genuinely believe we can offer our clients a unique proposition, communications and content all in one place, alongside the reach of a unique syndication network.”

Beat Media Group’s PR credentials were recently recognised with a highly commended at the UK Sponsorship Awards for their contribution and support for the Tackle HIV public awareness and education initiative delivered with former rugby player Gareth Thomas.

“We excited to see how Prtnr will harness the reach of Sportsbeat and Storybeat, integrating our award-winning content production and syndication services with high-impact PR and marketing,” said Beat Media Group’s David Parsons, who will have responsibility for PRTNR at board level.
